Refund policy
As products are made to order, Little Busy does not provide an exchange or refund on products for change of mind purchases. Orders will be deemed correct and completed upon confirmation in the online ordering system.
If, for some reason, you receive a damaged item, please email us - hello@littlebusy.com.au with photos. We will then assess whether this occurred in transit or whether there has been an error and we will process this in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
