Frequently Asked Questions
What age are your kits suitable for?
Sensory play is beneficial for all ages and we encourage safe sensory play where adult supervision is always required. However, it is important to know that all of our kits contain small parts which are a choking hazard. These are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Parental supervision is advised during play time.
What is your play dough made from?
Our play dough is made using food grade ingredients - flour, salt, oil, cream of tartar, water and food colourings/oils. These are then decorated with non-edible glitter, sprinkles or sand. This makes them unsuitable for eating. Please also note that our play doughs are made on surfaces that may possibly contain traces of nuts.
How do we keep the play dough fresh?
Our play dough will easily last months if it is looked after well. Keep your dough in an air tight container/zip lock bag or wrapped in clingfilm in a cool place to keep it fresh. If you find your play dough gets salt crystals - this is totally normal - kneading the play dough will make these disappear. If your play dough starts to dry out, simply add a few drops of water and knead again.
My kit looks a little different to the picture on the website, why?
All of our boxes may vary slightly to the pictures on our website. Figurines are chosen at random (though we try our best to ensure an even spread across all boxes) and materials may vary, but always include equal value and fabulousness!
Can I buy more play dough?
Yes! You can now buy extra play dough for each set in our Add On section.
Do you make custom kits?
Custom kits may be possible upon request at a different price, but we can't promise anything. Please email us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
